Canyoning is outdoor recreation that represents descending down river gorges - canyons.
Unlike other sports such as rafting, kayaking or hydrospeed,
canyoning is done on foot without the use of canoes or rubber boats.
The roads are divided into two categories: water and dry, and partly
determines the type of equipment used. In any case, it always goes down the river/canyon,
using ropes, where jumping and diving are possible.
The creators of this activity were speleologists, the first explorers of mountains, valleys and caves.
The environment in which this activity is carried out is by its very nature inhospitable.
This is because the river flows through narrow gorges cut deep into the rocks
with strong vertical waterfalls, which prevents pulling back or exiting the canyon
at any time.
